Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you find you have a problem with any purchase(s) from us in store or online, you can return your item(s) to the store free of charge, for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. All garment(s) returned must be in original condition with packaging, unwashed, free from any children’s name labels, with a receipt as proof of purchase.

If you do not have your receipt, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement as proof of purchase.

For item(s) returned to us by post, the garment(s) must be in original condition with packaging, unwashed, without any children’s name labels attached and with the original bar code label, together with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase (Please note: this is not “free of charge “).

If your item(s) are found to be faulty, we will be happy to offer an exchange of the item(s) or a credit note for future purchases, subject to the purchase being within 6 months. The final decision will be at the manager’s discretion.

This returns, refunds and exchanges policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
