Delivery information

Delivery timescales

Where an ordered item is in stock, our objective is to process your order within one working day and to dispatch your goods for delivery within 2-3 working days. For goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to arrange delivery of your goods within 10 working days.

Generally, orders will be dispatched by our partner courier service. Occasionally, we may use an alternative carrier, first class Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Delivery Charges

The School Shop applies delivery charges to cover the cost of packaging and postage/courier services. Our policy is to charge sufficient to cover our costs NOT to profit from these additional charges.

National delivery:	£3.99
